We do ship our gift baskets to Alaska & Hawaii ~ there is an added charge of $15.50 to Standard Ground.  Expedited Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii ~ is an additional $24.50

We do ship to the US Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and any US Virgin Islands.  This is a flat rate of $39.95, please ask for invoice if shipping here.  NO P.O. Boxes will be accepted.  Physical Address ONLY.

We ship to all FPO/APO/AE:  $17.95

 

Our gift baskets are packaged according to UPS standards and will only ship one gift basket per carton.  We do this to provide that each gift basket arrives safely and undamaged.

 

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal.  PayPal offers a variety of payment options to choose from.

We ship as soon as payment clears, usually next day or within 1-2 days.  IF payment clears by 1:00p.m. EST, your gift basket will ship that evening.  After 1:00p.m. EST, it will go out the following evening.  The only time you will have any type of delay is weather. 

 

RETURNS

Due to perishable items in our gift basket, we are no longer able to offer you our 3 day return policy according to eBay's New Return Policy.  If you have any problems with your gift basket, please contact us first.  However, if for any reason you need to return a gift basket due to damages or errors, you may do so.  We are here to provide you with outstanding customer service and resolve any problem you may have.

 

We do have a right for substitution, sometimes it is necessary due to time of season, and this is no means for a return.  Due to circumstances beyond our control, some supplies/suppliers run out of certain items and will substitute and pass those items onto us.  We do guarantee our quality and uniqueness will remain.

 

FRESHNESS

Our gift baskets are not made-up months ahead of time like the big guys.  We make each gift basket upon ordering.  We carry the very freshest products, and should be consumed within 1-6 months.  Some products will last longer.
