The ODD EVEN Blade Count - A True Story! © Way back in the "good-old-days" about 80 years ago when wind for electrical power first got its start as 36 volt battery powered lighting for OFF-GRID "Kansas Farm Homes" there was TWO blade designs and THREE blade designs competing.That is where the whole argument originally started. The proponents of THREE BLADES claimed that "3 blades behaves more like a round wheel" So today this notion of an ODD number has been totally perverted for PROFITEERING sake $$$ The fact is that ANYTHING over 3 blades "behaves more like a wheel" anyhow. The argument that 10 blades gives any less of a "round wheel effect" than say 9 or 11 blades is pure "SALESMANSHIP" and bunk! Take a look way back in the history books and you will find scores of writing on the ODD/EVEN subject from the 2 blade and 3 blade proponent folks. Turbines with 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 blades are ALL "behaving more like round wheels" already. More importantly is the blades are ALL the same weight!!! Ask the pilot of any 2 bladed helicopter, they work fine also as long as the blades are similar to the same weight each. I hope this helps stop all the confusion. Point of interest: If you DO have a propeller with an EVEN number of blades and one blade happens to break you can always keep it working 'in-a-pinch' by removing the blade on the opposite side. Whalaa! It works again and the balance is perfect! You can't do this if your blades are in ODD numbers due to horrible vibration.

You may return merchandise purchased from Ecomelectronics for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy below are followed. All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA). A RMA number must be issued within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued.
Returns should be double boxed, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly visible on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid.
Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number and/or UPC codes will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
Refunds / Exchanges
A processing fee of 15 percent will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund.
If you purchased a product from Ecomelectronics that you wish to exchange for an alternative, for speedier receipt of your exchange you can place a new order for the desired item and when we receive the original back we will issue your refund. If time is not an issue you can send back the original and upon receipt we will ship your exchanged item. Defective Item
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with no processing fee. You may also return a defective item for a refund.

Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. You may return merchandise purchased from Ecomelectronics for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy below are followed. All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA). A RMA number must be issued within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued.
Returns should be double boxed, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly visible on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid.
Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number and/or UPC codes will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
Refunds / Exchanges
A processing fee of 15 percent will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund.
If you purchased a product from Ecomelectronics that you wish to exchange for an alternative, for speedier receipt of your exchange you can place a new order for the desired item and when we receive the original back we will issue your refund. If time is not an issue you can send back the original and upon receipt we will ship your exchanged item. Processing fees may be waived on exchanges, ask our service department about this when processing your exchange.
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
Defective Item
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with no processing fee. You may also return a defective item for a refund.
Return Shipping

Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
