Return Policy
Please contact us at 800-790-6136 or through eBays contact vendor options to process an RMA.

 

You may return merchandise purchased from Ecomelectronics for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy below are followed. All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA). A RMA number must be issued within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued.

 

Returns should be double boxed, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly visible on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid.

 

Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number and/or UPC codes will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

 

Refunds / Exchanges
A processing fee of 15 percent will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund.

 

If you purchased a product from Ecomelectronics that you wish to exchange for an alternative, for speedier receipt of your exchange you can place a new order for the desired item and when we receive the original back we will issue your refund. Defective Item
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with no processing fee. You may also return a defective item for a refund.

 

Return Shipping
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our warehouse) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store in order to return an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.

 

Damaged Items
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. These Items are only returnable if they have concealed damage that was not visible at time of delivery and will be exchanged for same exact model. Up for auction is (1) one set of five kitchen knives. These knife blades originated in the Phillipines and were produced by a family of knife makers from Luzon that dates back over 100 years. The masters initials are stamped into each blade so you can be assured they are one of a kind original pieces. The Tigereye Walnut handles were added here in my shop in the beautiful Hocking Hills Region of Southeastern Ohio. The raw wood came from a black walnut crotch nearly 20 inches in diameter aged over 30 years. The tigereye grain appears to wink at you when held up to the light, very similar to the semi -precious stones of the same name. I am sure these blades will be a valuable addition to either your collection or counter top knife block. The high carbon blades are very sharp and will hold a superb edge if you should decide to use them. Please no dishwashers!!! Wash the blade, dry carefully and store in a knife block. We recommend you swipe them through a ceramic hone after each use and they will always be sharp when you pick one up.
