When placing a bid for one of our items, please note that you as the purchaser are agreeing to the following terms:
Products described in our listings are based on the actual rug themselves, and are as acurate as possible.
Due to dye lot variations, and different computer monitor types, please allow for slight variation in colour.
Any discrepancies with products must to brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery day, anything after this is no longer the responsibility of us.
All items are checked thoroughly before being sent, but any damage caused by delivery is not the responsibily of us.
All items nust be paid for within 3 days of end of auction, at least a notification of payment type must be made within this time.
items will only be sent once payment has been recieved and processed.
Please choose carefully, as refunds are not issued for change of mind due to wrong colour or any other reason other than faulty.
In the case of a faulty item, the item must be returned to us at the expense of the buyer for our assessment. If deemed faulty, then a decision will then be made by our suppliers. If they find that the item is faulty, it will be replaced with a new one.
In the rare case that an item cannot replaced, a refund will be issued.
Items must not be paid for until an invoice is send to you from us, which will include the specific delivery charge for your area.
It is at our discression to be able to change the cost of postage to your area once an item has been agreed to purchase, if it is deemed that a courier company will charge more for delivery to you.
All rug deliveries will be sent by courier, and will need to be signed for.
Items cannot be delivered by courier to P.O.Boxes.
If an item is undelivered, the courier company will usually leave a card to call an arrange another time for delivery.
Any costs incurred for re-delivery is of the buyers expense.
