These have a bit of weight to them. Often buying through the mail is a bit of a worry, as you don't know if you're getting something that will last. These will last.

They feel heavy in the hand, and they look as good as the pictures when put up. The shape is just right to keep the curtain eyelets almost perfectly vertical, despite being set off to the side. The open hook makes installation a real breeze - if you've ever worked with the type that require bending a plastic or metal piece apart to wrap around a rod, you'll appreciate that. But despite being an open hook, they don't jump off the rod either, even when shoving the shower curtain aside rather briskly.

What more can you say about shower curtain hooks? I'll be taking this set with me the next time I move. No reason not to.

Had a shower curtain that had hook /rings on it already on it but was very lite move the curtain and the hooks would come of the rod very annoying.Got new shower curtain and liner and these shower curtian rings love the look and weight of these will not come off the rod and so easy to put on also. Great buy.Hope this helps someone out there.

These hooks look great, but I too have had trouble with about 4 or so falling off the rod everytime I open and close the curtain. It gets annoying. I would recommend something else that is more functional!

I've had these shower curtains for about 2 months now, I'd gotten them as a Wedding Shower gift. I've had no problem with them coming off the rod as I pull the shower curtain. For the price they work beautifully. I haven't seen any rust yet, and also haven't dropped one. So We'll see what happens in the future. But for now, I still think these look great for the price and function well.

I am so pleased with the InterDesign York Classic Shower Hooks. They are just as pretty as the picture shows. They are of a substantial weight....not flimsy or lightweight. They are first class items all the way. I would recommend them to anyone. I have recently remodeled my old homeplace and these went in one of my new bathroom showers. Lovely! I have been looking for shower curtain rings which are real rings that snap shut. All I could find were rings which are more like crescent moons. The curtain liner would always fall off and aggravate me. The other kind being sold is those cheap motel type rings made of metal with the little balls. My curtain rod is plastic and I figured it would get damaged by them. Who designed those horrors?

I finally found the right thing. Still, there is a slight problem. The rings are slightly too thick to go through the liner openings. I had to push the rings through them and some of the metal grommets ( I think that's the term) came loose. It's easier to get them through the curtain openings.

Still, this is a pretty good buy. I am not fighting with that falling plastic liner anymore and they look good too.

I got these because I was tired of the shower curtain ending up torn from trying to get it over the 'bump' where the rods connect. Now I never have that problem and the curtain moves freely from either direction. The hooks are definitely secure...the only downside I see is that they will be a pain when removing the curtain for cleaning, however, I consider that well worth the effort.

Metal on metal in the early A.M. don't sound so pretty, or good. I'll keep looking too.

The Roller Shower Curtain Rings are great. When I first got these, they seemed a bit flimsy but looks are deceiving. These curtain rings are very sturdy. Once they are clamped shut, they stay that way. I've had these for a few months now and they have never come a loose or fallen off the rod. What I like best about these rings are their effortless glide on the rod. With previous hooks, I used to have a problem with them snagging against the center connection of the rod and also they would fall off constantly. Never happens with the Roller rings.

These rings make hanging a shower curtian easy. They roll back and forth great. And they were cheaper than even Walmart.
